Los jugadores crearán y jugarán, durante todo el título, en la piel de un super villano totalmente nuevo, quien ideará disparatadas travesuras y desatará el caos en una historia llena de acción. La historia se desarrolla en un mundo abierto del Universo DC: la Liga de la Justicia ha desaparecido y sus compañeros, autoproclamados "Sindicato del Crimen", deberán proteger la Tierra. Junto a un grupo de inadaptados, deberás descubrir las intenciones de los nuevos aspirantes a superhéroes de la Tierra.
